• Thank you for choosing Compton Clean Crew — your partner in eco-luxury cleaning for short-term rentals. By subscribing to one of our membership plans, you agree to the following terms:

• 🌿 Membership & Billing

​​

• All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

• Each plan includes a set number of cleanings per month. Unused cleanings do not roll over.

• Add-on services are billed separately based on selection.

• You may update or cancel your membership via your client dashboard or by contacting us.

 

• 🏠 Property Access

• You agree to provide clear and secure access to the property (e.g., entry codes, smart locks, or key drop).

• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

• 🧾 Cancellations & Refunds

​​

• Cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

• If no cleanings have been used during the current billing period, you're eligible for a full refund.

• If services have already been provided, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

• No refunds are issued for unused cleanings after the billing cycle has renewed.
